Undergraduate Level
The costs for participating in the Emile Boutmy Undergraduate Programme might range anywhere from €3,600 to €13,190 over the course of the standard three-year undergraduate education.

Masters Level
The Emile Boutmy Master’s Programme is a tuition grant that pays a portion of the tuition expenses for the two years that are required to complete the Master’s degree program. The grant is in the amount of €12,200 per year.

Eligibility:

Eligible students are those, first time applicants, from a non-European Union state, whose household does not file taxes within the European Union, and who have been admitted to the Undergraduate or Master’s programme.

This scholarship is awarded based on factors of excellence and according to the type of profile sought for this programme. Social criteria are also taken into account.

Application instructions:

Students have to make a note in the “Financial Information” part of their Sciences Po application indicating they are interested in the Emile-Boutmy scholarship in order to be considered for it. Students might be required to show documentation that explains their family dynamics as well as proof that they have a stable source of income. The application deadline for Master’s programs is the 30th of November in 2022, while the deadline for undergraduate programs (from international secondary schools) is the 22nd of February in 2023. These dates apply to the academic year 2023-2024.
