Who Is Qualified for USA Visa Lottery? If you have made up your mind to apply for USA VISA LOTTRY, The first thing to do is to determine if you are eligible. For you to apply, you must be eligible by country as well as by education or work experience.

USA Diversity visa is meant for natives of countries in these six geographic regions: Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, Oceania, plus South America, Central America, and the Caribbean.  who has a low migration rate to the USA.
