who will join their team of uncommon professionals with the desire to potentially become a window tint technician.

This window tint helper will be assisting in the refinishing of windshields and windows of vehicles in accordance with

manufacturer and dealers desired specifications.

Main Functions:

•  Firstly, Removal of graphics and adhesive from vehicles
• secondly, Aids service writer as needed to write work orders,  and also interact with the customer, in any other way necessary to guarantee
• Secondary customer satisfaction
• Ensures that customer vehicles kept are clean during repair process
• Installation of tint application
• Preparation of vehicles for installation; washing/cleaning
• Contains costs by using warranty; evaluating service and parts options for repairs as required
• Communicates with service advisor and/or dispatcher if additional work is needed
• Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt of parts and supplies
• Maintain a clean, efficient work area and assist in keeping the shop neat and organized
• Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order in accordance with operating procedures
• Follows direction and instruction from window tint technician
• Understands the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technology changes
